
TAIPEI,March 13,2025 -- Acer Inc. (TWSE: 2353) announced its financial results for the fourth quarter of 2024 and fiscal 2024 ended December 31. In the fourth quarter,Acer reported consolidated revenues of NT$66.02 billion,gross profits of NT$6.95 billion with 10.5% margin,operating income of NT$1.02 billion with 1.6% margin,and net income [1] of NT$1.43 billion with earning-per-share (EPS) of NT$0.47.
For the full year of 2024,consolidated revenues reached NT$264.68 billion,gross profits of NT$28.00 billion with 10.6% margin,operating income was NT$4.88 billionwith 15.4% growth year-on-yearand 1.8% margin,and net income [1] was NT$5.54 billion with earning-per-share (EPS) of NT$1.84.
Acer's strategy to build multiple business engines continued to make progress,reaching a total of 13 public subsidiaries by the end of 2024. Businesses other than personal computers [2] and displays contributed 37.4% of the operating incomeand 28.3% of the revenuesin 2024.
The Board has approved a cash dividend of NT$1.7 per share,based on ex-dividend record date of June 26for distribution on July 24.
